Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business value and adoption of the Medical Device Service & Repair application.
- Develop and maintain document requirements for upcoming application releases, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Work closely with Agile teams to capture, groom, and refine user stories with acceptance criteria, ensuring seamless execution.
- Participate actively in team sessions, including planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and story grooming, to foster a collaborative environment.
- Successfully work with remote teams to drive business outcomes and ensure effective communication.
- Develop and maintain the application backlog, prioritizing and monitoring development work to meet business needs.
- Gain operational knowledge of business operations and understand how the Medical Device Service & Repair application meets user needs.
- Validate and approve user stories to ensure they meet acceptance criteria and are complete.
- Raise concerns to management regarding team output and timelines, ensuring timely resolution.
- Contribute to user training on application features to enhance adoption.
- Collaborate with developers to break down user needs into use cases and refine requirements.
- Lead partner expectations to align and prioritize application capabilities.
- Engage with developers and quality teams to ensure requirements, design, documents, and customer communications are up-to-date.
- Drive collaboration and maintain open lines of communication across all user groups.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, raising concerns as necessary.
- Apply cultural awareness and language skills to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
