Job Description

The Role

The Product Owner of the Salesforce Service Cloud domain is responsible for maximising the value of the Enterprise Tools by means of effective backlog management and evolution of these tools within the Sd Worx product landscape.

As a member of an international team, the Product Owner works closely together with internal stakeholders, the product team, and other teams to create user stories and prioritise these for the team, considering the support that must be delivered on the existing tools and future plans.

The Product Owner is responsible for the end-to-end evolution of the tools and follows up on projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define product requirements, ensuring completeness, integrity, and technical consistency.
  • Participate in sprint planning meetings to confirm priorities and clarify requirements.
  • Communicate with stakeholders and suppliers of the Enterprise tools within your portfolio.
  • Participate in the tribe's roadmap, program, and release planning.
  • Regular and structured reporting on the Enterprise tools.

Requirements

  • Degree in IT/IT-related fields or equal by experience.
  • Min 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, ideally experience in Salesforce and Service Management Processes.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to acquire quickly a good insight into the Sd Worx business.
  • Can translate business needs into clear requirements and objectives.
  • Experience in working in Agile squads. Working in an international environment is considered a plus.
