Empower the Field Sales team to cultivate Retail and Impulse accounts to meet established Standards. The individual in this role will equip the team with essential tools to ensure compliance with agreements and effective resource utilization. The Field Sales Operations Specialist serves as a vital link, coordinator, and support for GPV, facilitating seamless collaboration among various internal stakeholders.

Job Overview

KEY INITIATIVES

-Accountable for enhancing local agreements managed by Sales Force teams within the Impulse channel and independent Supermarkets:

Establish a robust and clear process for Strikers to effectively create new agreements. Conduct monthly assessments of compliance and the impact of agreements on store KPIs, identifying areas for improvement. Ensure smooth coordination of agreement conditions with Finance partners.

-Lead effective resource and incentive management:

Oversee Free Goods by developing a consistent criterion for Sales Force to understand investment strategies for each channel, and manage Free Goods orders to warehouses and key clients. Provide monthly updates on orders to Area managers. Support the incentives plan by coordinating the delivery of merchandise items to Field Sales teams.

-Regularly manage access authorizations for Strikers to top Retail accounts:

Establish a comprehensive protocol with HR partners to ensure ongoing compliance of all Strikers IDs and certifications in the Retailers database. Create an efficient process for renewing all authorizations prior to their expiration.

LOGISTICAL COORDINATION AND ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANCE:

-Coordination:

Assist in coordinating Field Sales activities, including organizing monthly team meetings, internal events, travel arrangements, training sessions, and addressing ad-hoc inquiries.

Support the team with frequent orders of Free Goods and Coolers, ensuring all assets are implemented in the appropriate outlets. Collaborate closely with Operations colleagues to provide support to the Sales Force in case of delivery issues and establish protocols to minimize delivery incidents.

-Reporting:

Assist in preparing reports related to Field Sales performance, market trends, and budget monitoring. Provide support to the field sales team in communicating results. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to access relevant commercial data in our CRM database.

Requirements

A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales coordination with a proven strong team spirit.

Experience in the FMCG sector with a clear understanding of markets, sales & distribution, competitor activities, and consumer behavior.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in office software and tools.

• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Fluent in written and spoken English.

Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint...).

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
