About the Role

The Sales Operations Associate, Data Analytics Specialist position is responsible for supporting Gartner's data analytics tools to help fulfill our Ops Sales Delivery strategy.

You will work hand in hand and support the Sales Ops Manager responsible for driving sales data analytics and delivering exceptional analytical insights to internal stakeholders and senior management.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the development and implementation of data-driven sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  2. Analyze and interpret complex sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data analytics solutions to meet business needs.
  4. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales data analytics and apply knowledge to drive business results.
Requirements
  1. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
  2. 1-2 years of experience in a data-oriented role, preferably in sales operations or a related field.
  3. Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and technologies, including Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), PowerBI, and other relevant software.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  5. Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science.
  6. Intermediate-level English language proficiency.
