About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Associate to join our team at Gartner Careers. As a Sales Operations Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our data analytics tools to drive sales data insights and deliver exceptional analytical support to internal stakeholders and senior management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Sales Ops Manager in driving sales data analytics and delivering actionable insights to internal stakeholders and senior management.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support sales operations and business decisions.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven insights to drive sales performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales operations and data analytics.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 1-2 years of work experience in data-oriented roles, preferably in sales operations or business intelligence.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data analysis and interpretation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and PowerBI.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Administration, Production Engineering, International Relations, Economics, or Technology.
  • Intermediate-level English language proficiency.
