About the Role

At Abbott Laboratories, we're committed to delivering innovative solutions that improve people's lives. As a Field Technical Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our medical equipment and ensuring seamless operations in the operating room.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to physicians across the national territory.
  • Develop skills to support cases and follow up with patients, under the supervision of experienced Abbott employees.
  • Learn to prepare and present product presentations, provide support to sales teams, and analyze competitor devices.
  • Perform training on new products, ensure adherence to Abbott Medical Quality Procedures, and provide market information to sales departments.
  • Produce monthly reports on personal activities and train Field Service Engineers, customers, and colleagues as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as bioengineering, nursing, or a related healthcare discipline.
  • High-level English proficiency (C1).
  • Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Quality commitment and a strong customer focus.
