Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Field Technical Specialist to provide technical support to our sales team and customers in the field of medical devices. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing education and training to physicians, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality procedures, and analyzing competitor's devices.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and education to sales team and customers on medical devices.
- Assist physicians during the enrolment and follow-up phase of clinical studies.
- Collaborate with the Therapy Marketing Group in clinical studies.
- Perform product presentations and training sessions.
- Support sales team in providing market information and analyzing competitor's devices.
- Produce monthly reports on personal activities.
- Represent the company in a professional manner and with the highest integrity.
- Maintain business operations in accordance with corporate policies.
Requirements
Education and Qualifications
University Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field. Previous internships in hospital/operating room.
Skills and Competencies
- High level of English proficiency (C1 Advanced).
- Medical background (preferable).
- Knowledge in computer: Microsoft Office.
Natural Abilities
- Professional image.
- Communication skills.
- Ethical character.
- Willing to travel extensively.
- Hard worker.
- High level of confidence.
