Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Technical Specialist to join our team. As a Field Technical Specialist, you will provide technical support to our sales representatives and customers, ensuring that they have the knowledge and expertise needed to succeed in the field.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide technical support and training to sales representatives and customers on our medical products.
  2. Assist with education and training programs for physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  3. Ensure that all business ethics, regulatory, and quality procedures are followed.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  5. Provide market information and insights to inform business decisions.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • University degree in a relevant field (e.g. biomedical engineering, medical technology).
  • High level of English proficiency.
  • Medical background or experience in a related field.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of medical equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
