About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Specialist to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our Sales Operations team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, adoption, and market development objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support Annual Planning Activities: Collaborate with Sales Operations leadership to identify and address operational challenges, implement business optimization mechanisms, and support all operational aspects of annual and in-year planning activities.
  2. Provide Enablement and Support: Enable and support specific mechanisms used to manage the Sales and Sales Operations businesses, including CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, and Salesforce automation.
  3. Support Key Sales Support Systems/Processes: Support key sales support systems and processes required to meet the rapid growth of the business and achieve revenue attainment and market development objectives.
  4. Create Insightful Analysis and Reports: Develop insightful analysis, reports, and dashboards to accelerate information-to-action at scale.
  5. Develop Relationships and Processes: Develop relationships and processes with sales, sales operations, and other stakeholders to identify and address operational inefficiencies.
  6. Prepare Ad Hoc Analysis and Participate on Projects: Prepare ad hoc analysis and participate on projects as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
  1. Experience Developing and Implementing Systems/Tools: Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
  2. Experience Developing Business Analytics: Experience developing business analytics or equivalent.
  3. Experience Defining, Refining, and Implementing Sales Processes: Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies or equivalent.
  4. Experience Working in a High-Growth, Technology Company: Experience working within a high-growth, technology company.
  5. Experience in Finance, Business Management, and Sales Operations: Experience in finance, business management, and sales operations.
  6. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Related Field: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
