As a key member of the Environmental Resources Management (ERM) team, you will play a crucial role in driving process improvements across people, technology, and behavior in Sales and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Optimization Lead
    • Lead projects related to process optimization in Sales and Marketing, serving as a project manager until handover to the Technology Lead for implementation.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
    • Ensure smooth transition and alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
  • Business Requirements Capture
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Project Management
    • Lead projects related to process optimization in Sales and Marketing, serving as a project manager until handover to the Technology Lead for implementation.
  • Onboarding and Training
    • Assist in the onboarding process and data migration of acquired businesses, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
    • Drive the delivery of global training programs to ensure widespread adoption of optimized processes and new technologies.
  • Process Improvement
    • Find efficiencies in supporting the RUN organization, streamlining processes and workflows, and implementing best practices for application support.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, IT, and operational support to ensure alignment and cohesion in Salesforce usage.
  • Super User Network
    • Drive the setup of a Super User network with key system users to serve as first line end user support and support data management.
  • Technical Communication
    • Communicate technical concepts and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Reporting and Updates
    • Provide regular updates and reports on the status of Salesforce applications, including progress on enhancements, technical debt resolution, and optimization efforts.

Requirements:

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. Advanced degree or certifications are a plus.
  • Experience
    • Proven experience (2+ years) in project management, particularly in process optimization or business transformation initiatives.
    • Strong understanding of Sales and Marketing processes, with proven experience in Salesforce applications.
  • Certifications
    • Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, and Marketing Cloud Administrator are a plus.
  • Skills
    • Proven experience in capturing and translating business requirements into actionable plans.
    • Ability to support projects through their lifecycle, ensuring successful handover to technical teams for implementation.
    • Familiarity with data migration processes and integration challenges, especially in a global context.
    • Demonstrated ability to identify and drive process improvements across people, technology, and behavior.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience in influencing senior stakeholders in a global organization.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Proactive mindset with a focus on driving results and delivering value to the organization.
    • Flexibility to manage time zone difference with international teams.
