- Super User Network
- Drive the setup of a Super User network with key system users to serve as first line end user support and support data management.
- Technical Communication
- Communicate technical concepts and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Reporting and Updates
- Provide regular updates and reports on the status of Salesforce applications, including progress on enhancements, technical debt resolution, and optimization efforts.
Requirements:
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. Advanced degree or certifications are a plus.
- Experience
- Proven experience (2+ years) in project management, particularly in process optimization or business transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Sales and Marketing processes, with proven experience in Salesforce applications.
- Certifications
- Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, and Marketing Cloud Administrator are a plus.
- Skills
- Proven experience in capturing and translating business requirements into actionable plans.
- Ability to support projects through their lifecycle, ensuring successful handover to technical teams for implementation.
- Familiarity with data migration processes and integration challenges, especially in a global context.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and drive process improvements across people, technology, and behavior.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience in influencing senior stakeholders in a global organization.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on driving results and delivering value to the organization.
- Flexibility to manage time zone difference with international teams.
