About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Business Enablement team at S&P Global as a Business Analyst - Process Optimization. As a key member of the team, you will partner with stakeholders to optimize processes and lead initiatives to solve business problems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to analyze and optimize them. You will also have excellent communication and facilitation skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders and drive change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and optimize key operating processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Lead initiatives prioritized by business owners to achieve strategic goals
  • Develop and deploy end-to-end change management strategies to engage teams and improve the probability of successfully achieving goals
  • Create relevant content to help colleagues understand changes and effectively share information

What We're Looking For:

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes, excellent communication and facilitation skills, and the ability to work autonomously. Additional preferred qualifications include experience leading change initiatives and strong project management skills.
