Job Title: Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Madrid. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing financial results, following up on hotel budgets, and ensuring forecast accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct monthly analysis of hotel financial results and follow up on hotel budgets.
  • Ensure forecast accuracy and participate in business review meetings with the Revenue Manager Team and VPOM.
  • Prepare reporting tools to follow up on results and participate in the elaboration of monthly business reviews.
  • Support hotels in the budget process and participate in budget monitoring and operation support.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Finance or similar.
  • Financial and analytical accounting skills.
  • Languages: Spanish and English are mandatory.
  • Power Point and Excel advanced.
  • Analytical and resolutive capacity.
  • Communication and teamwork.
