Job Summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Account Manager and Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for supervising a group of Inside Sales Representatives and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and mentor a team of Inside Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our customer base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their sales skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and expanding customer relationships.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Native fluency in Dutch language.
