The Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Partner to drive sales and account management within the Commercial divisions of the Medical Devices & Diagnostics Industry. As an Account Partner, you will be responsible for aligning customer objectives with Veeva's Commercial program sponsors. This involves communicating across various business functions, organizational levels (including C-level), and technology departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute long-term growth plans that drive adoption and extend our reach.
  • Partner closely with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within existing customer relationships.
