At Autodesk, we're looking for a highly skilled Strategic Customer Success Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will play a critical role in driving customer adoption and value realization across our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute customer success plans to drive adoption and value realization across our customer base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Identify and prioritize customer needs, providing tailored solutions to drive business outcomes.
- Monitor customer health and sentiment, proactively addressing any issues or concerns.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and internal partners.
- 4+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving customer adoption and value realization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize customer needs.
