Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Senior Leaders: Collaborate with senior business leaders to develop and implement effective people strategies that align with business objectives.
- Employee Relations and Support: Provide support and guidance on complex employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with policies and legal requirements.
- Organizational Design and Development: Assist in designing and restructuring organizational frameworks to enhance efficiency and drive performance.
- Coaching and Professional Development: Offer coaching and professional development guidance to managers and employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Change Management: Lead the implementation and embedding of people change projects, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption across the organization.
