At CRAFT, we are seeking a Senior Print Production Specialist who is proficient in both English and French to become a vital part of our team. In this role, you will oversee and implement a diverse range of print initiatives, collaborating closely with our internal teams as well as external clients, media agencies, and suppliers, all while adhering to the direction provided by the Print Producer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in strategizing, managing, and supervising the design production of our clients' primary materials, press, and out-of-home (OOH) adaptations in conjunction with the print studio.
  • Oversee ongoing print communications and workflows with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a seamless exchange of campaign details and asset deliveries.
  • Comprehend media production strategies and print specifications to guarantee that all outputs meet the standards set by suppliers and clients.
  • Take ownership of ensuring that all assigned projects are delivered with the utmost quality, adhering to timelines and budget constraints.
  • Interpret client needs and feedback from clients, as well as the creative and account management teams.
  • Exhibit a keen attention to detail to advise on best practices that maintain brand and layout consistency across various markets.
  • Engage in the creation of estimates, purchase orders, and manage cost reconciliations using project management tools and procurement systems.
  • Work under the mentorship of the Print Producer and Business Leads to achieve the desired quality and technical precision of deliverables.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in managing and executing various print projects within an agency or in-house environment.
  • Fluency in French (C1+) and English (C1+).
  • Familiarity with the workflow of advertising agencies.
  • Solution-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently while exercising sound judgment under tight deadlines.
  • Commitment to ensuring that all assigned projects are delivered to the highest standards within specified timelines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate in a multicultural setting with both internal team members and external vendors.
  • Highly organized and resilient in fast-paced environments.
  • A proactive thinker with a positive outlook.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and willing to utilize project management software.
