Job Summary
Hogarth Worldwide Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Audiovisual Production Coordinator. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for supporting the production process from pre-production to post-production.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn the entire audiovisual production process, from pre-production to production and post-production.
- Receive briefs from the accounts team and assist in the construction of the production brief.
- Search for suppliers tailored to the project's needs, under supervision.
- Manage the project's requirements, including reviewing budgets, timelines, and involved profiles, under supervision.
- Assist in the supervision of production on set.
- Oversee the editing, assembly, and post-production of the production, under guidance.
- Learn to audit the work done based on the demands and adjustments provided by the accounts and creative team.
Requirements
- Degree in Communications, Advertising and Public Relations, Audiovisual, or similar.
- Knowledge and good management of Photoshop and Premiere.
- Creative and Audiovisual Sensitivity (knowledge of visual architecture, design, etc.).
- Budgeting knowledge.
- Ability to create a brief.
- Global management of a production.
- Understanding of the business of production companies.
- Knowledge of advertising law.
