Job Title: Audiovisual Production Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Audiovisual Production Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our content experience team, you will be responsible for coordinating the production process, from pre-production to post-production, and ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the production process, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Assist in the development of production briefs and ensure that all necessary information is gathered and documented
  • Manage and coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Assist in the supervision of production on set and ensure that all necessary equipment and personnel are in place
  • Oversee the editing, assembly, and post-production of projects, ensuring that all deliverables meet the required standards
  • Collaborate with the accounts and creative teams to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within budget

Requirements:

  • Degree in Communications, Advertising and Public Relations, Audiovisual, or similar
  • Knowledge and good management of Photoshop and Premiere
  • Creative and Audiovisual Sensitivity (knowledge of visual architecture, design, etc.)
  • Budgeting knowledge
  • Ability to create a brief
  • Global management of a production
  • Internal workflow in the agency with different teams (creative, accounts, social, etc.)
  • Contacting suppliers
  • Understanding the business of production companies
  • Learning about advertising law
