About the Role

This position is with Hogarth, a global content experience company and a member of Mygwork, the largest global platform for the LGBTQ+ business community.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Audiovisual Production Trainee to join our team. As a Trainee Producer, you will be responsible for learning the entire audiovisual production process, from pre-production to post-production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn the entire audiovisual production process, from pre-production to post-production.
  • Assist in the construction of the production brief.
  • Search for suppliers tailored to the project's needs.
  • Manage the project's requirements, including reviewing budgets, timelines, and involved profiles.
  • Assist in the supervision of production on set.
  • Oversee the editing, assembly, and post-production of the production.
  • Learn to audit the work done based on the demands and adjustments provided by the accounts and creative team.
Requirements
  • Degree in Communications, Advertising and Public Relations, Audiovisual, or similar.
  • Knowledge and good management of Photoshop and Premiere.
  • Creative and Audiovisual Sensitivity (knowledge of visual architecture, design, etc.).
  • Budgeting knowledge.
  • How to create a brief.
  • Global management of a production.
  • Internal workflow in the agency with different teams (creative, accounts, social, etc.).
  • Contacting suppliers.
  • Understanding the business of production companies.
  • Learning about advertising law.
