We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Wholesale Specialist to join our team at ALL WE WEAR GROUP. As a key member of our wholesale department, you will be responsible for driving the performance of two of our leading fashion brands on European online wholesale/marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to maximize brands' visibility, drive sales, and protect brands' equity.
  2. Develop and execute a comprehensive wholesale strategy tailored to each brand, considering market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors' trends.
  3. Collaborate with platform to resolve issues and explore strategic opportunities.
  4. Partner with Marketplace and Marketing teams to analyze weekly sales and present key learnings, areas of opportunity, and proposed actions for assortments.
  5. Stay up to date on new features and initiatives to improve the customer experience and drive revenue and sustainable and profitable growth.

Requirements:

  • Business, Economics Degree or similar.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Proven experience in managing and trading on fashion or beauty brands on European online wholesale/marketplaces.
  • Experience in Fashion, Beauty, Lifestyle is a plus.
  • Knowledge of using Business analytics tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP).
  • Knowledge in Wholesale tools is a plus (QuickSight, Retail Center, Performance insights).
  • Communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners.
  • Analytics skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy in analytics and compliance with Wholesale guidelines.
