About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Key Account Coordinator to join our team at All We Wear Group. As a Digital Key Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for designing and executing the overall wholesale strategy for our brands to maximize sales and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive wholesale strategy tailored to each brand, considering market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors' trends.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to maximize brand visibility, drive sales, protect brand equity, optimize product performance, and ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborate with our platform to resolve issues and explore strategic opportunities.
- Partner with our Marketplace and Marketing teams to analyze weekly sales and present key learnings, areas of opportunity, and proposed actions for assortments.
- Stay up to date on new features and initiatives to improve the customer experience and drive revenue and sustainable and profitable growth.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team and with other teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing and trading on fashion or beauty brands on European online wholesale/marketplaces such as Amazon or similar platforms.
- Fluent English and Spanish language skills.
- IT skills: Knowledge of using Business analytics tools (e.g. Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP). Knowledge in Wholesale tools is a plus (QuickSight, Retail Center, Performance Insights).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners.
- Analytics skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy in analytics and compliance with Wholesale guidelines.
