Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Digital Wholesale Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our wholesale department, you will be responsible for the performance of two of our brands on leading European online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to maximize brand visibility, drive sales, and protect brand equity.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive wholesale strategy tailored to each brand, considering market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors' trends.
  • Collaborate with platforms to resolve issues and explore strategic opportunities.
  • Partner with the Marketplace and Marketing teams to analyze weekly sales and present key learnings, areas of opportunity, and proposed actions for assortments.
  • Stay up-to-date on new features and initiatives to improve the customer experience and drive revenue and sustainable growth.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team and with other teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Proven experience in managing and trading on fashion or beauty brands on European online wholesale/marketplaces.
  • Experience in Fashion, Beauty, or Lifestyle is a plus.
  • Knowledge of using business analytics tools, such as Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.
  • Knowledge of wholesale tools is a plus (QuickSight, Retail Center, Performance Insights).
  • Communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners.
  • Analytics skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy in analytics and compliance with wholesale guidelines.
