All We Wear Group (AWWG) is the leading international fashion group, comprising well-known brands such as Pepe Jeans London, Hackett, and Façonnable, as well as being the licensed distributor for Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Donna Karan, DKNY, and Karl Lagerfeld in Spain and Portugal.

The Project

We are seeking a highly motivated Global Fashion Wholesale Specialist to join our Digital team and collaborate in enhancing the customer shopping experience and maximizing online sales.

What Will the Role Entail?

  • Sell-Out Management: Conduct a weekly analysis of digital key accounts to ensure optimal inventory levels by forecasting demand, manage stock levels and promotions, and make informed decisions to drive sales growth.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to make data-driven buying decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor sales performance to identify opportunities for replenishment and optimize sales growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team and other digital channels to ensure seamless communication and alignment.

Requirements:

  • Degree: We are looking for candidates who have completed or are completing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fashion Business Administration, Fashion Buying, or a related field.
  • Languages: Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
  • IT Skills: Strong use of MS Office tools, especially Excel, is necessary.
  • Passion for the world of retail and fashion.
  • Previous professional experience is not required but a strong ambition and energy to succeed is essential.
