Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Key Account Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our wholesale department, you will be responsible for the performance of two of our leading brands on European online wholesale/marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to maximize brand visibility, drive sales, and protect brand equity.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive wholesale strategy tailored to each brand, considering market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors' trends.
  • Collaborate with the platform to resolve issues and explore strategic opportunities.
  • Partner with the Marketplace and Marketing teams to analyze weekly sales and present key learnings, areas of opportunity, and proposed actions for assortments.
  • Stay up-to-date on new features and initiatives to improve the customer experience and drive revenue and sustainable growth.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team and with other departments.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with:

A business or economics degree or similar.Strong communication and collaboration skills, fluent in English and Spanish.Proven experience in managing and trading on fashion or beauty brands on European online wholesale/marketplaces.Experience in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle is a plus.Knowledge of using business analytics tools, such as Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.Knowledge of wholesale tools is a plus (QuickSight, Retail Center, Performance Insights).Communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners.Analytics skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.A detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy in analytics and compliance with wholesale guidelines.
