We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Key Account Product Specialist to join our team at All We Wear Group. As a key member of our wholesale team, you will be responsible for driving the performance of two of our leading brands on European online wholesale platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to maximize brand visibility, drive sales, and protect brand equity.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive wholesale strategy tailored to each brand, considering market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors' trends.
- Collaborate with platform teams to resolve issues and explore strategic opportunities.
- Partner with Marketplace and Marketing teams to analyze weekly sales and present key learnings, areas of opportunity, and proposed actions for assortments.
- Stay up-to-date on new features and initiatives to improve the customer experience and drive revenue and sustainable growth.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team and with other teams.
- Business or Economics degree or similar.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, fluent in English and Spanish.
- Proven experience in managing and trading on fashion or beauty brands on European online wholesale/marketplaces such as Amazon or similar platforms.
- Experience in Fashion, Beauty, Lifestyle is a plus.
- Knowledge of using Business analytics tools (e.g. Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP).
- Knowledge in Wholesale tools is a plus (QuickSight, Retail Center, Performance insights).
- Communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners.
- Analytics skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy in analytics and compliance with Wholesale guidelines.
