Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Digital Key Account Specialist. As a key member of our wholesale team, you will be responsible for driving the performance of two of our leading brands on a prominent European online wholesale platform.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Brand Performance Management

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to maximize brand visibility, drive sales, protect brand equity, and optimize product performance.

Wholesale Strategy Development

Develop and execute a comprehensive wholesale strategy tailored to each brand, considering market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors' trends.

Collaboration and Communication

Collaborate with the platform to resolve issues and explore strategic opportunities, and partner with the Marketplace and Marketing teams to analyze weekly sales and present key learnings, areas of opportunity, and proposed actions for assortments.

Culture and Teamwork

Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team and with other teams, promoting a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Business Acumen

A Business or Economics degree or similar, with a strong understanding of business principles and practices.

Communication and Collaboration

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in English and Spanish.

Wholesale Experience

Proven experience in managing and trading on fashion or beauty brands on European online wholesale/marketplaces such as Amazon or similar platforms.

Business Analytics

Knowledge of using business analytics tools, such as Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.

Wholesale Tools

Knowledge of wholesale tools, such as QuickSight, Retail Center, and Performance Insights, is a plus.

Communication and Negotiation

Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners.

Analytics and Decision-Making

Analytics skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

Attention to Detail

A detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy in analytics and compliance with wholesale guidelines.
