About your role: Customer Manager Spain (ES)

Your main responsibilities will be to answer promptly customer requests and questions, pursue administrative documentation for installations and interact on the phone with a large number of city halls and municipalities. The work will be fast-paced, with a lot of quick interactions, and the ability to keep track of all of them is critical. You are expected to draw heavily on communication and organization skills, as well as an ability to keep a large number of conversations and tasks moving forward with the operations team. In time, and with the company's growth in Spain, you will have the chance to help us select, train and manage a team with similar responsibilities as you on day one, so we also will look for your abilities in leading teams and managing people as you grow into your role.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty;
  2. Pursue administrative documentation for solar installations and ensure timely completion;
  3. Interact with city halls and municipalities to resolve customer inquiries and issues;
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders;
  5. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless communication and task management;
  6. Assist in the selection, training, and management of a team of customer service representatives;
  7. Contribute to the growth and development of the company in Spain.

Requirements

  1. 2-5 years of experience in customer service or a related field;
  2. Experience working with public institutions, such as municipalities and city halls;
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  4. Basic knowledge of English to coordinate with international teams;
  5. Strong organizational and time management skills;
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively;
  7. Administrative background preferred, knowledge of solar energy or electricity is a plus but not required.
