Unlock Your Potential as a Customer Service Manager

Trend Micro, a global leader in cybersecurity, is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a trusted security advisor, you will work closely with our customers to ensure their IT estate is secure and protected from evolving threats.

With a consultative mindset and a passion for technology, you will provide proactive technical support, share threat intelligence reports, and offer best practices to our premium customers. Your strong relationship-building skills will enable you to onboard new customers to our platforms, including Vision One, and represent their needs internally.

As a key member of our team, you will:

  • Provide guidance, consultancy, and technical support to customers and channel partners during onboarding and implementation projects.
  • Offer account management by supplying customers with technical updates, monthly/quarterly case reviews, threat assessments, and advisories for proactive risk protection.
  • Escalate, manage, and progress technical support cases where appropriate.
  • Work closely with account managers to identify expansion opportunities and risk.
  • Present to all levels of a customer organization, including C-level, and run Proof of Concepts on Trend Micro solutions and products.
