Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Trade Support Analyst to join our FX Dealing team. As a key support member, you will perform critical tasks, mastering the skills of the trade, and collaborating with Front and Back office teams to ensure seamless system operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Timely and proactive management of trade checking processes to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Utilizing forward-looking and retrospective trade checks to ensure back office/settlements reconcile previous days and months.
  • Collaborating with Front and Back Office to meet daily settlement deadlines and currency cut-offs.
  • Ensuring data accuracy across various platforms used by front office.
  • Working with dealers and clients to trade client positions, send contract notes, and confirm beneficiary details.
  • Completion of options post-trade process and generation of options term sheets.
  • Investigating and resolving trade-related problems or errors.
  • Monitoring margin calls and client positions.
  • Prioritizing daily tasks and new tasks appropriately.
  • Collaborating with our Payments team to ensure trades are executed and delivered accurately.
Essential Experience & Skills
  • Minimum 1 year experience as Trade Support Analyst in the Financial Services sector.
  • Business or numerical-based degree (Business, Economics, Maths).
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent English language skills and fluent Spanish language skills.
