Job Summary

The Payment Support Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of clinical trials by managing payments and maintaining effective communication with team members and site staff. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and interrogate Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs) and CTA amendments to ensure payments are approved according to documented costs.
  • Attend and participate in internal and external meetings, prepare and distribute meeting minutes and action items.
  • Collaborate with clinical operations, project management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and site contracts teams.
  • Maintain timely and effective communication among team members and site staff.
  • Ensure all study documents are archived based on appropriate guidelines and policy.
  • Provide support for quality assurance activities, including preparation for audits and internal review.
Qualifications
  • Associate's degree (or equivalent) level of qualification in life sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing or related field.
  • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to manage time and work independently.
  • High proficiency with full MS Office Applications.
  • Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal skills, both written and spoken.
