About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at Empresa Reconocida. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our Madrid office and other European locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and troubleshoot ITS equipment, including PCs, printers, iPhones, and iPads.
  • Resolve complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Ensure accurate call logging and perform regular quality control checks.
  • Provide excellent customer communication and service delivery, including first-level software and hardware support.
  • Escalate problems to other ITS sections as needed.
  • Coordinate user administration, including office moves and new staff onboarding.
  • Support internal and external live events, Microsoft Teams meetings, and other technical requirements.
Requirements
  • University degree in an IT-related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT customer support services.
  • High-level working knowledge of multiple complex software packages, hardware, and networks.
  • Experience with user and server administration in Active Directory.
  • Knowledge of basic hardware components and laptops.
  • Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills in a global environment.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of an additional language is a plus.
