Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Field Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics. As a key member of our Customer Care team, you will be responsible for providing frontline support to our customers by resolving technical issues and ensuring the optimal performance of our instrumentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, and on-site visits.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with our instrumentation.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our products, tools, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve product performance.
  • Travel to customer sites to provide on-site support and training.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as engineering, biomedical engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a medical device or instrumentation industry.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
