About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our customer care team, you will be responsible for providing frontline support to our customers, resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers, resolving issues and troubleshooting equipment.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our products, tools, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to deliver successful installations and meet customer requirements.
  • Complete installation, validation, preventative maintenance, modifications, and repairs on Beckman Coulter equipment.
Requirements
  • Associate degree in a technical field, such as biomedical engineering, instrumentation, or electrical engineering.
  • Ability to travel and provide support in assigned geography, with periodic travel to other areas and overnight travel.
  • Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in diagnosing and repairing medical equipment, IT repair experience, or experience as a Field Service Engineer or Biomedical Engineer.
  • Experience collaborating with internal teams and external customers.
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to communicate effectively with a wide range of hierarchical levels.
