Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a Field Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing frontline support to customers by resolving technical issues and providing training on our equipment.

You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to ensure their success. This is a remote position, and you will be working from home, but you will be required to travel to customer sites as needed.

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You will have a strong understanding of technical concepts and be able to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and on-site visits
  • Train customers on the use and maintenance of our equipment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with our equipment
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services
Requirements
  • Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
