About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Hms Networks Ab. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and agents, as well as assisting with product documentation and training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers and agents via phone, email, and remote desktop
  • Assist with product documentation, including writing technical test reports and knowledge base articles
  • Develop and deliver training content for HMS academy
  • Collaborate with product engineers and R&D team to resolve technical issues
  • Manage compatibility tools for HVAC solutions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Telecommunication, or related field
  • Fluent level of English and Spanish
  • Strong technical background in field bus technologies and domotics & inmotics technologies
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills
  • Strong documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Command of other languages: French, German, Portuguese, Arabic
  • Previous experience in customer-facing technical support of similar products
  • Experience in standard protocols for building automation (KNX, BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks, etc.)
  • Experience in multi-protocol integrations
  • Experience in one or more programming languages
