As a Senior HR Advisor, you will oversee and enhance HR operations, including communication strategies, recruitment processes, labor relations, training initiatives, and payroll management. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring adherence to organizational policies and procedures while delivering effective customer service solutions that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and disseminate internal communication campaigns and create engaging content for employee communications.
  • Evaluate turnover and absenteeism metrics to formulate strategies aimed at improving these indicators monthly.
  • Manage workforce requirements in accordance with demand and budget, coordinating recruitment strategies for open positions.
  • Ensure compliance with certification programs and the appropriate assignment of salary classifications.
  • Oversee the execution of the annual development and training plan, including the updating of job descriptions.
  • Coordinate and monitor the onboarding process, facilitate roundtable discussions, and support employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in various organizational initiatives while upholding the established environmental, safety, and quality policies.
  • Support the implementation of evaluation, calibration, and talent management processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Proficiency in LFT, SUA, IDSE, Payroll, and Office applications.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in innovation or process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong service orientation, effective communication skills, teamwork, and leadership capabilities.
