Senior HR Advisor

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring a high-performing workforce that drives results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Analyze turnover and absenteeism trends to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions to address them.
  • Manage the recruitment process, ensuring timely and cost-effective hiring of top talent.
  • Provide guidance on labor relations, payroll, and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with company policies and external regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with a proven track record of driving business results through strategic HR initiatives.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
