Human Resources Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources professional to join our team at Oil And Gas Job Search. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in providing world-class HR support to our employees and line managers.
Key Responsibilities- Employee Relations and Engagement: Participate in local consultation processes, manage external risks, ensure compliance with external legislative requirements, and develop relationships with internal Employee Representative bodies.
- Industrial Relations: Engage with the Union and employer associations, prevent and manage industrial action, and participate in industry liaison/networks.
- HSSE, Compliance & Ethics: Collaborate with key Management stakeholders, lead HR investigations and other complaints and grievances, ensure a duty of care towards employees and contractors.
- Organizational Sensing: Leverage feedback from Employees, Leaders, Employee Representative bodies, HR Advice, and data analytics to understand the mood and risk areas in the organization.
- Change Management: Advise on employee relations impacts related to organizational change, reductions in workforce, acquisitions, and divestitures.
- Trusted Advisor: Act as a trusted advisor/coach to senior leaders (formal/informal) and run proactive interventions aimed at improving leadership quality and employee experience.
- Inclusive Workforce: Drive and support an inclusive workforce in the country/location.
- Capability and Community Building: Ensure robust information & knowledge management relating to country-specific ER/IR content and collaborate with HR to ensure solid knowledge of Labour Practices standards.
- At least 3 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related degree.
- Experience communicating with managers and employees and providing advice and expertise in HR areas such as business partnering, employment laws, and compensation and benefits.
