Position Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our Automotive Seating Systems Business Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the HR Site Manager in addressing human resources challenges in alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Formulate effective strategies for recruitment, onboarding, training, and staffing at the site level.
  • Engage with local and public entities as well as educational institutions.
  • Ensure efficient payroll and administrative operations.
  • Facilitate internal communication among employees.
  • Manage industrial relations with local employee representatives.
  • Implement Group HR policies and procedures, including the "Employee Empowerment" initiative as part of the Faurecia Excellence System.
  • Provide the HR Manager with pertinent HR data and insights.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of employment legislation.
  • Experience with HR information systems and payroll management.
  • Global perspective and adaptability.
  • Results-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in English (bilingual proficiency preferred).
