Main Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Site HR Manager to manage HR issues and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Design and implement effective staffing, recruiting, and training programs to meet site-level needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with local entities, universities, and employee representatives.
- Ensure seamless payroll and administration processes.
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies to engage employees.
- Manage industrial relations and implement Group HR policies and processes.
- Provide regular HR insights and reports to the HR Manager.
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR information systems.
- International mindset and results-oriented approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum bilingual proficiency in English.
