Project Manager - Robotics Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join ABB, a leading robotics and machine automation supplier, as a Project Manager - Robotics Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the execution of medium-size projects, ensuring all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications, and targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project team members to achieve project requirements, deliver contracted deliverables, and meet committed project results.
  • Establish the project execution approach and oversee planning, monitoring, and control activities for internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals.
  • Monitor and control project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials.
  • Identify, qualify, quantify, and manage project risk, ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued.
  • Drive the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract.
Requirements:
  • Highly skilled in project management, cost control, planning, monitoring, and risk management.
  • Familiar with the Industrial market: automotive, food & beverage, logistics, etc., with a customer-focused approach and business orientation.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Project Management.
  • Enhanced knowledge of Office tools (Word, Excel) as well as cost control and planning (MS Project).
  • Passionate about team management, adaptability, anticipation, and problem-solving.
  • Degree in Engineering, mainly Industrial Engineering.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; other languages such as French or German will be considered a valuable plus.
  • Hold a current driver's license valid in Spain and a Spanish work permit.
