Key Responsibilities:

As a Battery Development Engineer at AVL Iberica, you will contribute to the development of cutting-edge battery packs. Your expertise will be crucial in designing and integrating E/E architectures, with a focus on intersystem communications. You will generate DVPs for battery pack validation, conduct thorough testing, and analyze results. Your reports will provide valuable insights into development and testing activities.

Requirements:

We are looking for engineers with different levels of experience: Junior Level, Specialist Level, and Senior Level. For Junior Level, no prior experience is required, and recent graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. Specialist Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in battery development, while Senior Level demands a minimum of 4 years of experience in battery development. Your expertise in areas such as battery pack design, E/E architecture, BMS, and thermal management will be highly valued. Proficiency in both Spanish and English is mandatory, and knowledge of French is desirable. Availability to travel frequently (20% time) to clients' facilities is also required.
