About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Battery Systems Engineer to join our team at AVL Iberica. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for contributing to the development of battery packs, designing and integrating E/E architectures, and generating DVPs for battery pack validation.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop battery pack systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate E/E architectures and ensure seamless intersystem communications.
  • Develop and implement testing strategies to validate battery pack performance.
  • Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed reports on development and testing activities.

About You:

We are looking for engineers with different levels of experience: Junior Level, Specialist Level, and Senior Level. You should have expertise in areas such as battery pack design, E/E architecture, BMS, thermal management, and internal high-voltage cabling.
