**The Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensing and Sales Manager to join our Management & Projects department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing new business with existing clients and pursuing opportunities with strategic targets.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute sales action plans to achieve commercial success
  • Manage all aspects of licenses, from client identification to contract negotiation and closure
  • Optimize performance of existing customers and maintain customer relationships
  • Prepare commercial offers and negotiate contracts with internal alignment
  • Comply with contract and approval procedures
  • Handover to New Product Launch
  • Account management, including key account plans and annual Business Review Meetings
  • Prompt follow-up with customers' forecasts to secure target sales
  • Escalation point for launch issues and operational issues

**Requirements**
