**The Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Licensing and Sales Manager to join our Management & Projects department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing new business with existing clients and pursuing opportunities with strategic targets.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute sales action plans to achieve commercial success
- Manage all aspects of licenses, from client identification to contract negotiation and closure
- Optimize performance of existing customers and maintain customer relationships
- Prepare commercial offers and negotiate contracts with internal alignment
- Comply with contract and approval procedures
- Handover to New Product Launch
- Account management, including key account plans and annual Business Review Meetings
- Prompt follow-up with customers' forecasts to secure target sales
- Escalation point for launch issues and operational issues
**Requirements**
