Job Description

As a Commercial Sales Executive at Microsoft, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for managing Volume Licensing deals, working closely with account teams to define and negotiate commercial terms, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Volume Licensing deals from negotiation to processing and invoicing
  • Work with account teams to define and negotiate commercial terms
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve revenue targets
  • Develop and manage licensing plans for assigned sales accounts
  • Consult with the Business Desk to create exceptional licensing solutions for exceptions
  • Contribute to the Commercial Executives community by sharing best practices and insights on sales execution

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Previous sales/business development and negotiation experience with senior/executive stakeholders
  • In-depth and strategic understanding of Microsoft licensing programs
  • Degree in Business, Management, IT, Commercial Sales, or equivalent experience
  • Sales and partner management experience
  • Sales processes and methodologies training as per Industry Standard
