We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Business Development Specialist to join our team at Recruit4Work S.L. in Barcelona, Spain. As a Digital Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to businesses, sparking their interest, and understanding their needs to recommend tailored solutions and guide them towards the right sales path.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to businesses to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales growth
- Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the company remains competitive
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns to support sales efforts
Requirements:
- Fluent in French (C2) and advanced English skills
- Previous B2B sales experience preferred
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a goal-oriented environment
- Self-motivated and proactive with a competitive edge
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
