Job Title: Digital Business Development Specialist for Google Ads Products

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Business Development Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a Digital Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and revenue for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and revenue
* Identify and qualify business needs to propose adequate solutions
* Proactively engage with customers to build enthusiasm and identify opportunities
* Work towards individual targets and contribute to a larger sales team
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

* Swedish native speaker
* Fluency in other Nordic languages a plus
* Advanced level of English
* Previous sales experience (preferably B2B)
* Experience with CRM
* Strong written and oral business communication skills
* Comfortable in a goal-driven environment and attaining goals with a broader team

What We Offer:

* Full-time position, 39 hours/week
* Hybrid working model in Barcelona
* Salary conditions: from 23,876€ gross/year up to 25,330€ gross/year
* Sales bonus package: from 3,407€ up to 4,470€ gross/year
