**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to drive the growth and performance of Resident Advisor in Southern Europe. This is a newly created role, offering a unique opportunity to shape the company's strategy and operations in the region.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy for Southern Europe, aligning with the company's global objectives.
- Lead a high-performing team, responsible for commercial, growth, and content activities in the region.
- Collaborate with the Growth team to implement the International Strategy, with a focus on local market needs and opportunities.
- Oversee the local Commercial/Revenue team, ensuring the achievement of commercial targets and revenue growth.
- Establish and maintain key relationships with commercial, cultural, and creative stakeholders in the region.
**Requirements**
- Fluency in written and spoken Spanish, French, and English is a requirement for this role.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership position, with a track record of driving business growth and performance.
- Strong understanding of the music industry and the electronic music scene.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
