Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team and be the face of Trypleez for restaurants. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing and implementing onboarding processes for restaurants, tracking and reporting on operational performance, and providing valuable insights to improve our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact for restaurants, building strong relationships and ensuring their success on our platform.
  • Develop and implement customized onboarding processes for restaurants, ensuring a seamless integration with our platform.
  • Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and providing data-driven insights to inform product development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, providing valuable insights to inform our product roadmap.

Requirements:
